How many celestial and territorial object you can find in this photo? First one all you can enjoy Milky Way over Sabalan, inactive stratovolcano mount, at 4811 meters altitude in Ardebil province. In the slopes of this summit and surrounding you can find beautiful small lakes like this one which was called in local “At Goli”. Also in foreground of Sabalan in can find igneous deposits named “Shirvan Valley” one of the unique geosites of Iran. Can you find lagoon and Trified Nebulas in middle of Milky Way? What about Rho Ophiuchi?Mars planet at left and Jupiter at right looks like guards of Milky Way emperor. In this photo was captured just before 40% phased moon rised so the sky at the left side of the frame is a bit brighter.
